My name is Simon Duff, I am a Project Manager for a company called Style in the construction industry.
I have a real sense of being part of something important with StrongMen which has an incredible focus on being there for Men like us in the deepest of our lows times, which at the best of times we are not normally very good at dealing with our emotions & processing grief, unfortunately as men sometimes this can drive us to self-destruction which having seen friends in the past feeling that they couldn’t go on & feeling that didn’t have someone that they could talk too I wanted to avoid this happening as best as humanly possible in the future because of the void that is left & therefore want people to know they do have value & something to offer in this world!
Like all of us, I have had some deep lows in my life & I have also had some great highs like my family & friends but I know with the help from a charity like StrongMen they can help guide you through the dark stages of your life through to something more meaningful & hopefully some closure.
This is why I am so incredibly proud to be part of the StrongMen team!
