My journey with StrongMen has been quite varied, from volunteering to help with general administration, to using my experience on events as a qualified Osteopath.
I am now part of the organisation looking after the social media content alongside my colleagues and our beneficiaries.
My passion for the charity stems from losing my son Oliver, brother James, and father-in-law Ed, all very unexpected and traumatic. Having seen first hand the difference that StrongMen makes in supporting men through bereavement I am delighted to be part of the charity, and look forward to helping to raise awareness for the cause through our various platforms.
My previous experience within the military and elite level professional sport gives me a great window into some of the areas where we work regularly as a charity and hope to help that develop in the future.
