The event will be run by two former Special Forces operators who have worked alongside the SAS, SBS and SRR on live operations. They bring over 13 years of Special Forces experience and more than 24 years of military service. Their background includes covert and clandestine operations, covert and technical surveillance, close-quarter combat, and behavioural detection.
Drawing on this operational experience, they deliver training designed to build resilience, strengthen team cohesion, and improve communication under pressure. Through realistic, scenario-based exercises, participants develop heightened situational awareness, becoming more aware of themselves, their reactions and their surroundings while learning to remain calm and make effective decisions in challenging environments.
The training also focuses on increasing mental strength and the capacity to endure demanding situations. Core elements of the programme include surveillance awareness, dynamic risk assessment, self-defence, safe driving manoeuvres, vehicle embarkation, and disembarkation drills, first aid and trauma response, as well as planning and contingency preparation.
